The JX-HSP180 Fully Automatic Heat Shrink Packaging Machine is a highly efficient packaging solution designed for fast, stable, and reliable shrink wrapping of various products. It is widely applicable in industries such as food, beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and daily chemical products, providing secure and professional packaging results.

With an output capacity of 20–26 packs per minute, the machine supports a maximum packaging size of 240 × 220 × 120 mm. It accommodates film rolls with a maximum diameter of 350 mm, and both film width and thickness can be customized according to production requirements, ensuring maximum flexibility.

The system features adjustable drying oven and melting knife temperatures (0–200°C), delivering consistent and precise shrink sealing performance. Powered by up to 10 kW, it operates with compressed air consumption of 180 L/min at 0.6 MPa, ensuring stable and efficient performance.

With its customizable film compatibility, precise temperature control, and strong sealing capability, the JX-HSP180 guarantees reliable packaging quality, improved product appearance, and enhanced protection during storage and transportation.
