4. Adopt vertical rotating injection mold~24 cavities in total 96mandrels with hot runner technology. The benefit of the hot runner control system is to achieve the proper weight of the component and wastage control
5. Servo control central shaft is used to achieve the perfect position of core and cavity. PLC control interlock system is used for mold protection and safety
6. Auto sleeve feeding system is used to gain proper orientation and adjustment
7. Shoulder thread and size are designed according to mold
8. Shoulder weight is adjustable as per requirements
9. Formed tubes are unloaded and are rejected automatically. Thread defectives can be detected by camera system and rejected on the tube out conveyor belt
