Single color filling and Sealing machine
The JX-FS60 Single Color Filling and Sealing Machine is a fully automated equipment designed for efficient filling and sealing of various liquid, paste, or semi-solid materials into plastic or laminated tubes. The machine adopts a disc-type structure with 10 tube sockets, allowing smooth and continuous operation.
Equipped with a hot air internal heating system, it ensures firm and reliable sealing. The filling volume ranges from 50–230 ml with an accuracy of ±1%, meeting high precision requirements. With a production capacity of 50–60 pieces per minute, it is suitable for medium to large-scale production.
Driven by a 1.5 kW motor and a total power of 5 kW, the machine uses a frequency converter for speed control, ensuring stable performance and adaptability to different production needs. Its compact design, with dimensions of 2010 × 1000 × 2016 mm and a weight of 1000 kg, makes it both space-efficient and durable.
The JX-FS60 can be customized with flexible workstation configurations to accommodate different product characteristics, ensuring high efficiency and consistent output. It is widely applicable in industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.
