The JX-FS180 Fully Servo-Controlled Three-Color Filling and Sealing Machine is a high-performance, fully automated solution designed for filling and sealing various liquid, paste, or semi-solid materials into plastic and laminated tubes. With advanced servo control technology and precision engineering, this machine ensures high production efficiency, stability, and accuracy.

It supports production speeds of 120–150 pieces per minute, with a filling range of 50–230 g and high accuracy of ±0.3g–±0.8g, ensuring consistent and reliable output. The color mark positioning accuracy of ±1.5 mm guarantees precise tube alignment, while the three-color filling system allows flexible switching between single, dual, or triple-color operations with customizable color bar ratios.

Key features include a 10-inch color touch screen HMI for intuitive operation, precision encoder positioning, imported hot air heating technology, and a high-precision stainless steel pump. German lubrication-free bearings provide clean and maintenance-free performance, while the fully enclosed design with transparent plexiglass and stainless steel safety doors ensures high operational safety and hygiene standards.

The JX-FS180 is also equipped with an automatic tube drop mechanism, waste tube rejection system, and servo-driven motion control, making it highly efficient for continuous production. It can be seamlessly integrated with the BZ180 cartoning machine to form a complete high-speed automated production line.
