High-speed automatic cartoning machine

The JX-PACK180 High-speed Automatic Cartoning Machine is a highly efficient and reliable solution for automatic cartoning operations, designed to meet the high-speed production needs of industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.

With a production capacity of 140–180 pieces per minute (normal 120–160 pieces/minute), the machine ensures stable and continuous operation. It is adaptable to cartons of various sizes, with continuously adjustable boat width that eliminates the need for frequent mechanical adjustments.

The machine adopts a dual-suction rod rotary suction/dispensing system, combined with a German BECK vacuum pump, ensuring precise and stable carton suction and feeding. A PLC and encoder control system guarantees high accuracy, while the 10-inch color touch screen HMI provides simple, intuitive operation with real-time production information and fault display.

To ensure production safety and product integrity, the system features automatic detection functions: no tubes will be discharged without cartons, and if a carton is not properly sucked in, the tubes will be automatically withheld or redirected to avoid damage. The machine can also stop operation automatically after consecutive suction failures, ensuring reliable performance.

With a robust design (4700 × 1500 × 1650 mm, weight 2000 kg), the JX-PACK180 combines speed, precision, and flexibility, making it an ideal choice for high-volume automatic cartoning production lines.
