The principle of the tube offset printing machine is mainly based on offset printing technology, and its core lies in the use of the principle of “water and oil do not mix” to achieve printing. The printing plate of the offset printing machine is divided into two parts: one is the blank part that is hydrophilic and oleophobic, and the other is the pattern part that is oleophilic and hydrophobic. During the printing process, the printing plate is first watered and then inked. The blank part and the pattern part selectively absorb water and ink to form a water film and an ink film. The ink is transferred to the rubber cloth through the pressure of the machine roller, and finally the ink on the rubber cloth is transferred to the printed material through the pressure of the impression roller.
